- 2 tsp unflavored gelatin powder

Instructions
- Bloom Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom and soften.
- Prepare Coffee Mixture: Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the hot brewed coffee and granulated sugar, stirring continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Dissolve Gelatin: Add the bloomed gelatin to the hot coffee mixture and stir well until the gelatin is fully dissolved into the liquid.
- Set Jelly: Pour the coffee mixture into a shallow dish or mold, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the jelly is fully set and firm.
- Serve: Once set, cut the coffee jelly into cubes and serve in cups or bowls. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk or add a dollop of whipped cream on top for extra sweetness and creaminess.
Notes
- For a vegan alternative, substitute gelatin with agar-agar powder and use plant-based milk or cream instead of dairy.
- Adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the amount of sugar according to your taste preference.
- Serve chilled for the best refreshing flavor experience.
