Shrimp and Zucchini Noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
Seasonings and Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil: Warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat to prepare for sautéing.
- Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes: Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the pan; cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook shrimp: Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp, along with salt and black pepper to taste; sauté until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add zucchini noodles: Stir in the spiralized zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, just until they are slightly softened but still retain some crunch.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

- For a spicier dish, increase the red pepper flakes to 1.5 teaspoons.
