Ingredients
Scale
Pizza Rolls
- 2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni
Dipping Sauce
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for baking the pizza rolls to a golden brown.
- Prepare Dough: Lightly dust a large surface with flour and roll out each tube of pizza crust to create thin, even layers for filling.
- Season Dough: Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning evenly over the surface of each rolled-out crust to add flavor to the dough.
- Add Fillings: Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped pepperoni over the crust, leaving about ½ inch space around the edges to help seal the rolls.
- Roll Dough: Starting with a short end, carefully roll the crust into a tight log to encase the fillings.
- Slice Rolls: Using a serrated knife or pizza cutter, slice each log into 1-inch sections to form individual pizza rolls.
- Arrange on Pan: Place the pizza rolls on a lightly greased baking pan, spacing them evenly to allow for even baking.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping, while warm and flavorful.
Notes

- Feel free to substitute pepperoni with other favorite pizza toppings.
- Use a serrated knife or pizza cutter to get clean slices without squishing the rolls.
- Serve warm for the best taste and texture.
- Store leftover pizza rolls in an airtight container and reheat in the oven to maintain crispness.
