Instructions
- Add the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, chopped banana peppers, chopped grape tomatoes, salami, pepperoni, turkey, provolone cheese, and grated parmesan cheese.
