- 4 oz thinly sliced salami
- 4 oz thinly sliced capicola
- 2 oz provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

- ¼ cup banana peppers (optional)
Dressing
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Slice the tomatoes and thinly slice the red onions if using. Shred the romaine lettuce and lightly slice the banana peppers.
