- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the enchiladas.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Spread about 1/2 cup of pizza sauce evenly on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking and add flavor.
- Assemble Tortillas: Lay out each tortilla and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over it. Then sprinkle mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, olives, and chopped green bell pepper evenly across the tortilla.
- Roll Tortillas: Roll up each tortilla tightly and place them seam-side down into the prepared baking dish to keep them closed while baking.
- Add Toppings: Pour the remaining pizza sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas in the dish.
- Season and Cheese: Sprinkle the tops of the rolled tortillas with the remaining mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, and garlic powder for added flavor.
- Bake: Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving for a fresh and vibrant finish.
